Where has the time gone? I can hear the bells of the New Year beginning to ring and ski season is right around the corner here in the “Great White North.” I hope that everyone has enjoyed a prosperous year and is as excited about 2007 as I am.
I would like to tell you today about our new “Live Chat” feature that we have recently added to www.britecomputers.com This feature will allow anyone viewing the website to chat “live” with a Brite representative during our normal business hours. At this time the feature is primarily focused on providing customers and prospective customers with an avenue to interact with a representative and ask questions regarding products and or services that they may be browsing for. In the future, we plan on adding extended hours and providing ways in which to interact with our help desk and technical support staff in this same manner. Our intent is NOT to have this replace your ability to speak directly with a “live” person here at Brite, but rather give www.britecomputers.com a personality and increase the interaction that we have with all of our customers.
