In the first quarter of 2008 we will be implementing a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool that will streamline our services and support business significantly.  A key component of this PSA implementation with be the enhancement of our Customer Portal to allow for customer service requests to be tracked in a real time manner.  Requests for Service may also be initiated through this portal with status and reporting available on demand.  I expect our PSA implementation to be completed by mid-February and available for our customers to use soon after.  For more information our Customer Portal and its current and future functionality, please contact your Account Manager or send an email to salesinfo@britecomputers.com

John Briggs

John Briggs has been with Brite Computers since May 2007 and serves as a Network and Sales Engineer. Working alongside partners such as Checkpoint and Secure Computing, John supports Brite Sales Staff with the implementation of a variety of world class security solutions. As a Pointsec Certified Technician, John spends a great deal of his time traveling to deploy and support Checkpoint Pointsec for PC and Pointsec Protector Products.

When John is not at Brite his time is spent with his wife Ginger, their inquisitive 5 year old son Jarr, and precocious “almost 3” year old daughter, Bailey. When not encrypting and securing enterprise systems, you will find John swimming with the kids, scurrying for lost Lego ™ pieces, watching an endless supply of Disney DVDs, and somehow finding time to enjoy area restaurants and sights. John is also an avid Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Orange fan.
