The ISO 9000 series is a set of five universal standards for a Quality Assurance system that is accepted around the world. It began with the British Military for evaluation of companies' procurement abilities during World War II. Since then, several efforts to set guidelines have been developed, and in 1987 it became the quality benchmark for companies of all sizes to follow.
The American National Standard specifies quality-system requirements for use where a supplier's capability to supply conforming product to an established design needs to be demonstrated. The requirements specified are aimed primarily at achieving customer satisfaction by preventing non-conformity at all stages from production through servicing. Brite Computers is proud to be one of the few companies whose manufacturing, support, sales and delivery processes meet the ISO 9001:2000 standards of excellence.
ISO 9001:2000 is set up to strengthen our company, improve our quality, and build our teams efficiency by providing guidelines to evaluate continuous improvement of quality and customer satisfaction. We commit to monthly internal audits as well as a required annual external audit held by a Registrar. We continually follow written procedures and report any corrective actions to help build and improve our production line and overall business.
We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, by providing superior products and services with the greatest possible value for our customers, thereby retaining their loyalty in our effort to become a world class operation. |
