For our Brite Star Gold customers, the web-based Customer Support Portal is accessable to enter technical issues/problems (called service tickets). It helps in organizing all service tickets in one central location accessible to all company users. Our help desk ticketing software is directly integrated with the Customer Portal, allowing you to login and view up-to-the-second status of any Service ticket. Reports and Executive Reports may also be run from this portal.
